If you are a couponer and have expired coupons, did you know that overseas military members can use expired coupons up to six months past their expiration date?

I only recently heard about this and think that's a great thing to do with my coupons as they expire. Also, the site is great for gathering online coupons as well. I hadn't seen it before. This question is for those that are couponers... what is the best way to organize your coupons in the folder?
By catagory, or brand, expiration date?

I've not quite got the hang of it yet, but am making babysteps. Any tips would be appreciated.
