When I saw these dress panels at my LQS, I knew I had to make it for Olivia!!! The cutest 1 year old in the whole world.....well, to me she is!!!! I added buttons, ribbons, lace, rick-rack and made aprons for some of the dresses. Now......ALL I have to do is hand quilt it!!!
