Doxies in Sweaters
 

This pattern is actually called Dogs in Sweaters, but I like Doxies in the name better. The whole time I was working on this quilt, it made me smile. I told my neighbor about it and she told me she wanted to buy it before she even saw it. Once she saw it she wrote me a check right away. Guess I will have to make another one! That quilt is soooo cute! My little Doxie would love for me to make him and me matching quilts like that. :)

This is so very cute!!!! I love doxies, but I have a Yorkie. I'm trying to figure out how I can adjust it to show yorkie ears. The body would be easy to do, just shorten it up. Hmmmmmmmmm, another project added to the list.

This Quilt is so cute and so adorable...I love this. It is so neat looking.

Love it. I have the pattern but lost it in the mess of the sewing room. This quilt was originally intended to be a silent auction quilt to benefit our local dog beach. Instead, I am presently making Dog Gone Cute designed by Lorna McMahon of Sew Fresh Quilts. Just found the pattern. The large version of Dogs in Sweaters will be for next year's Halloween Howl and a Christmas gift for my friend who has 9 doxies.

I did stippling on this quilt. I had also thought of doing straight lines in a diamond pattern. Maybe I will do that on my next one.
