First off I want to apologise for taking so long to get back with the information. I have been very busy lately, but I did not forget, guess that is the most important thing. 8-)

The woman's name is Sindy Rodenmayor and her site is wonderful and most of the patterns are free. She has some very original designs for applique. I like her.
