Dresden plate from long ago
 

This is one of my first quilts I quilted on my domestic machine. It was a gift to my MIL several years ago.

Oh is that pretty. Love the checked sashing.

Very pretty quilt.

If I remember correctly I loved this checked sashing but it was printed off grain. I cut it with the checks anyway and it has washed just fine. :) I made this in the 90s.

Congratulations on completeing and making a beautiful quilt. My very first quilt was a Dresden Plate that I took apart and has now become a UFO. It is so pitiful. Seeing yours lets me know it is possible to have a beautiful quilt. You should feel proud.:o
