The eye is drawn to the yo yos & detracts from the beautiful work of your plates - I'd opt not to use them.

The quilt is beautiful without the yoyos.

It's a beautiful quilt but I think I would do without the yoyos. Just my opinion. :-)

I am an avid embellisher, but I think the Suffolk puffs (yoyos) detract from the elegance of the Dresden design.
