Beautiful Dresden Plate, (ties, lilly). I have heard them referred to several ideas. But Dresden Plate sound best.

Yes... Dresden plates do look like little ties, but beyond that I see an awesome color layout that reminds me of sunflowers!

I love the colors your have chosen. Usually dresden plates don't do much for me, but I love this one. I also like the size of the pieces (ties).
