Nicely done. I love pineapple quilts, pillows, etc. This looks to be the same pattern I used a few years back, only I used a dark red for the background fabric. It really made the yellows and green's pop. Why can't we add photo's to quick replys??

Since he doesn't quilt he's hardly in a position to judge. I think it looks good and so will the person who gets it (if it's not you-HaHa). Cute quilt :-)

Thank you everyone! I shouldn't be so sensitive, but sometimes it just hits me wrong. I think I learn something from my mistakes on every quilt. With that many mistakes, you'd think they'd be perfect by now!:) . But I'm already thinking about how I could have done that better and I will carry that on to the next quilt. One of the absolute sweetest things my son has ever said to me is that he LOVES the "mistakes" in the quilts I've made for him, then he backtracked and said it was incorrect to call them "mistakes". He said the bobbles, etc show that the quilt was handmade with love by his mama, and that's all he cares about. ❤️
