Came out great.
|
Gorgeous colours-I would love to dye my own fabric.

You might want to try marbelizing fabric next. The results are extremely gorgeous. You are, however, limited to size due to the size of the pans used but it makes for great accent blocks.

The colors are wonderful.

Love dyeing muslin for backings. Ritz yellow, blue and purple are great.
also love setacolors with rock salt laid on the top. Had lots of fun with isopropyl alcohol sprayed on acrylics with medium added to soften the paints. |
Your hand dyeds are beautiful. Have fun deciding what to make from them. The Ricky Tims piece is really nice, can't wait to see it finished

Looks as though you may be dying two pieces at once, one on top of the grating and one in the bottom of the tray. Is that correct? Great way to get at twofer! Do you have a tute on your ice / painting methods?

They all look great. I don't dye, but respect people that do. It's a lot of work and it is messy.

I've dyed fabric with good results. It's fun!
