I made this baby blanket for an auction, but I don't know how to tell them what it is worth. I know how much I have invested in materials, but don't know what to add for my time/labor. Any thoughts?
I also thought you might be interested in a quick way to hang your quilts up to take a photo of them. (If you don't have anyone around to hold them up.) Sure works for me. They are plastic hangers for pants, with clips on each edge. I just hang the hanger over the door jam. |
Great idea on hanging them for photos!! I may have to try that one.

So precious! no idea on monetary value besides materials! I hate having to put a price on something like that. friend at wrk wants me to make a quilt for her dtr and says she'll pay me, don't look forward to that part! think i'll just tell her to give me whatever she thinks is fair!

Aww, that is so adorable and what a great idea for hanging the quilt!

That is a very cute quilt! I love the pants hangers Idea too. I have used those to hang my door banners on also. All you need to do is hang a wreath hook over the door and then hang the pant hanger with the banner quilt attatched and your set.
