Elis Wheel Quilt
1 Attachment(s)
My latest quilt top. This is a free Moda Bake Shop pattern. After smoothing it out on the design wall I saw I really need to redo two of the triangles on the bottom row (took the picture anyway). This was the most challenging I have done up to this point with all the bias edges it was a bugger to keep from stretching the blocks, even with a ton of starch. It was still a lot of fun to make.
Thanks for looking :) |

Love it, one of my favorites quilts to make are triangle ones.

You've done a great job with all those bias edges. It looks terrific! Did you use one specific line of fabric? It goes together so well.
|
that is so great. you are a better sew-er than I- one day one day.
|
Don't think I'd seen that pattern before; neat layout & you used great fabric choices!
|
Audsgirl, Thanks. I used the "Ruby" line by Bonnie & Camille for Moda. It has been discontinued but you can still find some of it online in a few places.

Very nice quilt.

I love your quilt, especially with the colored background fabric.

Nicely done! I am totally obsessed with the Ruby collection; I have managed to snatch up quite a bit of this collection before it becomes scarce. I am planning on making a quilt for ME as I have never made a quilt for myself. I'm just patiently waiting for the perfect pattern!
