Emma's Stars II Quilt
3 Attachment(s)
I have made 3 of these quilts now. I love how they go together, and how different fabrics change the look. This one is in spring colors because I am in dire need of Spring.
I also have fallen in love with the flange binding. Found it on the internet, and it works beautifully, and just sort of adds another design element to the quilt. |
very nicely done

That is such a pretty "springy" quilt. Love the stars in the sashing and love your fabrics you used.
Very kool. BrendaK

"... I am in dire need of Spring..." aren't we all! |
If spring comes early, I will credit you and your beautiful quilt.
How sweet! Love the spring colors.
That's so pretty and just right for a preview of spring.

What is the name of this pattern? I love what you've done and need to make a little boy quilt. Thanks in advance for the info!

The name of the pattern is Emma's Stars II. I made a couple of little boy ones. Here is a picture of one of them.

sweet quilt!

Pretty quilt! I use the Quick machine binding with flange on QB. It does make a nice finish and the extra firmness of the binding makes a stable edge.
Very pretty quilt and nice touch with the binding!
So pretty!

Really pretty! Great colors!

What a lovely quilt. I like your fabrics, and the stars in the corner really add a nice touch.
That is a great pattern...thank you for sharing. It looks like a fun little quilt to put together for little ones.
Very interesting pattern. It looks like one of those fun "go-to" patterns because of lots of fabric choices. Lots of interest in it.
I really like the Emma's Stars pattern. I have bought too many jelly rolls, and this just may be the way to use some of them up. Thanks for posting.
What a cheerful quilt!
Love your quilt!
So pretty! Soft colors, and fun pattern!
What a charmer of a quilt! Love those red stars!
Such a sweet quilt, really! Wonderful job.
Really nice quilt. Love the backing fabric you picked for it.
Very nice and very spring-like.
just adorable in either gender fabric.
I've used jelly rolls to make this quilt, and they work great. The pattern calls for 5 fat quarters, which I did with this girl quilt. The jelly rolls give you more variation, and I think I like that better.
