We made these a long time ago but I think the pattern is not often used, although it is simple. Great for scrappy quilts which these are. You sew them in strips (horizontally). You have to be careful of the points.

I love this pattern. I thought about doing one years ago. Even started cutting the triangles. But I never got to the sewing part. Now I don't know what I did with the triangles. Guess that project will go nowhere for me. I congratulate you on sticking with it.

Wow! Just love the look of your quilts - eye popping!! Is this something a semi-beginner could tackle??? I have tons of scraps :)

yes, it's not too hard. Just separate them into darks and lights and alternate. Darks point up and lights point down. Sew strips the width of the quilt, then sew strips together. Use half triangles on ends.
