You did an amazing job. Perfect colors for the pattern!

It is going to be quite a striking quilt but not in my colour schemes so I am going to make it for my Brother for his birthday, in March. He adores all my quilts and like me sleeps between them as it is perfect for his adjustable bed, as he says they stay put, :)

Well I recently ordered from a well known/famous website 3 yds. of a beautiful fabric that had red roses and also black and white in the pattern. Imagine my surprise when the package finally arrived and it was NOT what I ordered. By mistake they sent me a gorgeous blue floral fabric with teal and black and it really is so beautiful. I called them and they aplogized for sending me the wrong fabric. I told them that since it was SO beautiful I'd be happy to keep it and call us even and that I would reorder what I really wanted at a later date. They were happy and so am I.
