Well, you all encouraged me to cut the fabric and now I'm so glad I did, I love the way this top looks. Now for the backing and binding .

My first try at mitered corners not to bad

I am so glad you got the courage to cut it... I have a few of those in my stash... just like to look at them and pet them every once in awhile, I'm still afraid to cut them and do it wrong :)
