Fabric Creations made this quilt and sent it to me for LAQ> She also has some flowers she is going to add after she receives it back for a 3-D effect.

I love this quilt! It has so much textures..and fractures (that's how I explain it...I don't know the proper term)...it's such an artistic type quilt..that's the feeling i get. SO I wanted to add to that...by creating lots of different textures in the quilting. I just wanted to bring out what she had already pieced together...I am really pleased with the results...I hope she will be as well!

If you have any questions about something I quilted or design just ask...I am sure they are all frequent designs...just mixed and matched together.

I quilted this on my 26 innova. I used hobbs polydown batting.
Thanks for looking!

That is fabulous Charisma. So many designs to enhance the strips and squares. It must take hours. I'd love to just stand and watch while you do them

Outstanding-love the way the lilies pop

Sewhappytoquilt 10-18-2011 04:25 AM

Charisma, I am new to quilting, so I have not yet "spread my quilting wings" very far. I so enjoy seeing your creativity, and it suddenly hit me today - the unique way you fill in each different area of a quilt reminds me of how one "doodles" on paper during a meeting - hahaha. How wonderfully creative and talented you are! Were you a doodler too? :)

jetmaio 10-18-2011 04:48 AM

Beautiful as always! Lovely job on creating the quilt.

Question for Charisma: How many hours a day do you quilt? It seems you have 2 to 3 quilts done per week. It takes me forever just to finish one.

helenip 10-18-2011 05:04 AM

I love this. Beautiful work.
