Fake double wedding ring wedding gift

In spring I saw the tutorial on board a young lady posted called "faking the double wedding ring". Well, I thought it would be perfect for a wedding gift whom we have watched grown up & his dad is my DH's best friend. It looked easy but it was much more time consuming than I realized. Finally finished & the dad is taking it to Australia next week (the couple are there for 2 years).
I'm happy with how it came out & will make another one someday. The fabric is a jelly roll by Moda called Spirit. If I can find it I'm going to buy another one. I just love the colors.
