The pattern of the second quilt is Solstice Stars by Jason Yenter. The applique is Toni Whitney's pattern Spirit, by the Bigfork Bay Cotton Company. Ok I gotta admit that for a long time bargellos weren't among my favorite. Then I came to the board and well I sort of started to like them and certainly loved the ones you all created, but still it wasn't at the top of my to do list. Then something changed and I really started to think about making one. And now after seeing this one I know that someday I will tackle making one and it is now on my to do list. It is stunning. Great job!. All your quilts are great, but the bargello stirred me the most.
