Just took this magnificent Farmers Wife quilt off the frame. There are 111 blocks. The quilt is 82x102. It took four days to quilt. Isacord thread top and bobbin, Hobbs 80/20 batting. All freehand quilted! Enjoy!

I like that the piecer sashed each block. Many of the Farmer's Wives quilt I've seen do not have sashing and the individual blocks get lost. You can really see them in this quilt. |
