Nice job on the green and yellow log cabin. Your gift is a thoughtful one, for sure. I am working on one too right now. It has me in a tizzy. I can't keep my blocks going right. LOL! I usually don't have trouble, but I keep getting interrupted and lose my chain of thought. |

I made it for the first time 6 years ago in a class. the instructor gave us the pattern

the pattern was given to us in a class I took years ago. You cut the dark stripes in one and a half inches and the lighter ones in one inch stipes the wave is developed by the change in the sizes.
