Feathered star wall quilt ready to hang!
 

This quilt started with a traditionally pieced feathered star block-I am experimenting with different construction methods. It grew from there-60” square. I hope to hang this on a wall in the great room-will attach a sleeve today and hope that it isn’t too large for the space!

Was part of this paper pieced?

No paper piecing...I made a feathered star in Christmas colors using the No Y Seam paper piecing method....I actually preferred traditional piecing this star. The flying geese were made using the no waste method, which Was also new to me. I really enjoyed making FG this way!
