Kudos to you! It's wonderful and you didn't need a long arm to do it. You are my new quilting hero!

lfletcher 02-09-2014 06:34 AM

Wow! That's a beautiful job of quilting. I am amazed you can do that on your domestic machine.

Homespun 02-09-2014 06:37 AM

Love your quilting. I made a Summer Porch and just meandered all over.

javin22 02-09-2014 06:40 AM

Oh Wow! that looks fantastic!

feline fanatic 02-09-2014 06:40 AM

Awesome job! And all done on your little DSM. Wow!! I could never master FMQ on my domestic so I went LA. I can't believe how much quilt you got into that little throat. Take a bow for a job well done.

trolleystation 02-09-2014 06:48 AM

You learned your lesson well. Your quilt is awesome.

nwm50 02-09-2014 07:03 AM

It's absolutely beautiful!

llong0233 02-09-2014 08:25 AM

Impressive! Excellent work. Especially considering you used your DSM, and not one with a wider throat. Congratulations.

debcavan 02-09-2014 09:09 AM

Beautiful feathers, curvatious, at a lovely angle that 45 degree angle, and coming back to the stem in a flowing manner as if they could keep going all the way down the stem. You did fabulously. The only difference in longarm quilting designs and domestic machine fmq is that you move the fabric on the domestic machine and longarmers move the machine . So you can take any longarm patterns for your domestic machine and you can take any domestic patterns for your longarm. Your feathers are so beautiful that I hope at some point you will turn into a longarm quilter just because it is easier on the body and way faster. Which means I would see more of your beautiful, beautiful work.

EmiliasNana 02-09-2014 09:29 AM

You have every right to be proud. Your feathers are gorgeous, as are the other motifs on your quilt. Great job.
