I started it 07-17-2009 (I remember this because I have the cancelled check I used to pay for the class!), and just finished it this past week. I think this is the longest I've ever taken to finish a top (no, not quilted yet -- we'll see how long THAT takes me --- hah!). I am just so happy to have finished it, I had to share.

That is beautiful! I love the polka dots around the outside edge! You did a great job, and congrats on finishing a UFO!

It's a beauty! Are those 1 1/2" blocks? No wonder it took so long. I've looked at some and they seem to have a zillion small pieces!

Is that called Blooming Nine Patch? I love your choice of colors. It is a beautiful quilt.
I made one, as well, and it took a long time to finish it. I made mine in blues with a touch of green.
