The quilt is beautiful. If you don't mind, I would like to ask you about your heel injections. I am going through severe pain with my heel...spurs or planters fasciatis or both. I've had 4 cortisone injections which only helped for a few days. It is one of the most painful things I've ever been through...and I have a pretty strong threshold for pain.

Did you ever find anything that gave you relief?
