I know how you feel.My oldest grandson loved to help me when I sewed. He would stand beside me and cut the threads with a pair of snips.(He was about 3yrs old then) He is now 8yrs old and he still loves to help me,but now he's in another country. But lucky for me my grandaughter likes to help and wants to learn to sew.SHe's now 9yrs. Aren't children a blessing

I remember sewing cards!! I recently found some in a little toy store and bought them for my niece.

Your grandson is just adorable! He looks really into sewing. I sew pillowcases at hospitals with the children for ConKerr Cancer. You cut out the pattern pieces and have him sit with you to operate the machine. I have done this with my 3 year old granddaughter. You can't believe the kids faces when they have a pillowcase that they have made. Go for it!

Good luck!

Give him a big hug & tell him the ladies on the Quilting Board are amazed with his sewing. Thanks for showing us.

oh, so very precious. Start them young, that's what my Gramma did with me. It looks like he is really enjoying himself.
