I've been going to as many garage/estate sales as I can looking for one and found one in a flea market/antique mall for $190, talked him down to $150, and thrilled with it. had it serviced and it is just so much fun. One day I will come across another one just like you did!! (I hope)

it is a button holer they work real neat you put what size cam you want in and it goes clik-clik all the way around. had one gave it way it fit an old universal hand crank and old singer also a white.
