The center of this top has been sitting around for some time (8 years). Decided to get it all put together and add borders. Now it will be quilted and given to my mom for Mother's Day.

So, are these made by that stack n whack method? I just got the book and now I am ready to buy some fabric to make a block. What kind of fabric do I need to look for...a real big pattern or a medium pattern?

Yes it is the Stack N Whack method. A large print works good these roses were large, the biggest one was 3 /2" wide.
The book explains alot. Good luck.

Your mom will love this quilt. It looks so soft. I haven't done a stack and whack quilt as they look difficult. I know, making quilts isn't difficult...just follow the directions. :-)
