Hello Everyone! I posted this almost a year ago and I promised to post the final results. Well, here it is! I took on this project because a co-worker's son wanted to 'save' a quilt that his great-grandmother made for him 24 years ago. I told him I'd do what I can and this is it. The first picture is what he gave me to work with; the second picture is what I was able to salvage. It's not as beautiful as the ones I've seen posted here but he is VERY HAPPY! Thanks for all the encouragement you gave me!! |

Wow! That is a labor of love. What a treasure. Sometimes a quilt is more about who gave it to you than the particulars of the sewing. I'm sure he is very happy!
