I'm sending this off to my daughter tonight !
I named it "Diamonds are forever" It is machine pieced and quilted except for the whole diamond blocks that are done by hand. It is all done in home spun and some day I'll count the diamonds. This was quite a project with all the diamonds being on a bias , but I'm very happy I took it on ! Diamonds are forever quilt queen size 91"X93" [ATTACH=CONFIG]24605[/ATTACH] |

there is no pattern that I'm aware of . I found a quilt like this in a furniture store and went home and figured it out ( with permission ) on my EQ6 Thank You all for the nice compliments ! |

FAN--TAS---TIC !!! I can't imagine sewing that many bias seams. Whew! I have a question. A while back someone on the board mentioned not using homespun fabrics. So -- why?? Did you have a problem with that?

I will have to be very careful and use those dye magnets when I do . I think some people think that the homespuns fray , but you could make it larger than a 1/4" seam if that was a concern. Like I said I had no problems at all ! |

That is really pretty. The colors are great. Someday I am trying a quilt for our bed.
