Why can't it go in the microwave? I thought that was the point, to be able to take a hot bowl out without a potholder or burning your fingers?

These can be made to use in the microwave if you use 100% cotton material, batting and thread. Warm & natural/white are not all cotton. Be sure you do the quilting also with 100% cotton.
I accidentally did quilting on one with poly thread and gave my DD instructions to not put that one in microwave. Better safe than sorry. genda |

I love your print Nice job. I made 50 for family and friends. Now I have more requested, Great fun. I used insul=bright and batting.
