I love barn quilts and want my son to learn how to do them. I have a shed that is just begging for one. I don't think there is a rule about needing a barn to display it. A garage, a house, a shed I think any of those would work.

It sure adds a pop of color...I don’t think I’ve ever seen one in my neck of the woods.

I always get a heart-warmed feeling when I see a barn quilt. We have seen quite a few on secondary roads or county roads as we travel from time to time in our RV. They just light up the area. Thank you for posting this one. It is so pristine on that white barn under a wonderful blue sky.

Beautiful barn quilt. I have a "barn" quilt on the west side of our garage (a side with no windows). We had a hail storm on June 29 that caused $15,000 of damage to the west side of our house and shed, but our barn quilt did not suffer damage.
