this is my first paper pieced project....i made this medallion for a round robin. i might add one more row around yet of flying geese. i love the way pp makes sharp points...sorry about the loose threads i havent trimmed them yet

i tried pp once before but i was pregnant and higly irrateable lol...so i gave up and decided i wanted to try again

There were a lot of recent topic where first time pp-ers were expressing....dissatisfaction/frustration with the technique. I really think everyone has a tough time with the first piece, and they just have to work through it. I LOVE to pp- there are so many different methods.

I really liked your fabric choices. That block is going to make a great center for your RR quilt.
