Two more to go. I have three more stars to make and I may make them all the same as the center star here, different colors in the rays though. Those would be the two outer on the next row and again the center on the last row.
Most of the pieces for the corner blocks are done, need to finish the 9-patches. The purple strips are all cut and ready for the sashing but have more black strips to cut. |

The sashing design is from the book Stellar Quilts. I didn't know that at first and I drew it in EQ7 from a picture on an Amish quilt site. I do have that book. The stars are from Mariner's Compass Stars CD/Book. It's very simple, all based on 1" finished size for the corner blocks and sashing (3" for the large black strip).
