No seams to match took the stress out of the factor and made it fun. Did you put batting in it or just use the foundation as your "filling"? Mine is still in the "unconstructed" stage. Top done and backing chosen, just not quilted yet. My colors were fall choices. I think very nice as its my favorite time of the year. I appliqued some fall leaves in the border also.

Love string quilts and your fabrics are so nice and bright, the backing is just perfect.
Don't you find that making string blocks just soothes the soul, relieves stress and makes a great quilt? warm quilt hugs, sue in CA ... who loves to make string quilts on fabric foundation, not paper, hating to remove those paper bits. |
