This is my first sampler quilt and my first attempt at free motion quilting. Not perfect by a long shot but I had a ball. One thing I have learned on the QB practice practice practice.

Wow - you made some very unique blocks! I really like it.

Emma S 06-09-2013 03:40 PM

Making all those different blocks would be so much fun. Really like the quilt and more important you had a good time doing it and it shows.

This is lovely! For a little girl, I assume?

While I don't see anything wrong with it-- Who wants to be perfect, anyway? :D

I like it! I've been collecting finished PP blocks for the past year, just little ones when I have time to do them, so hope to put something together with them soon.

MartiMorga 06-10-2013 09:13 AM

Is it the Craftsy one? Some of the blocks look like the ones they were showing for their BOM. It looks like a fun quilt and you did a great job.

Looks good to me. Remember, perfection (like beauty) is in the eye of the beholder.

happy grandma 06-10-2013 12:06 PM

Thank you for all the wonderful comments. Yes it is from Craftsy 2012 BOM and the FMQ a sampler with Leah Day. I love the classes on Craftsy. I made this for my 6 year old granddaughter who loves purples and pinks.
