I finished this for my daughter to use all summer but now it is getting so cool at nights it is time to put it away. I call her the flip flop queen. She would like to have a pair just like each one in the quilt!

Oh that is so cute. All my daughter wears is flip flops even in the winter. She wears them with "toe socks' really! She started a fad when she was in HS one year and they all picked up on it. It was funny to see that.

I love this pattern and it is another on the list (of things to do). I have the pattern and fabric, just have other priorities right now. I plan to make this for my DD and DGDs in Florida along with a large bag for the beach.
Of course, it will have to be for next year. LOL |

Thanks, everyone for your kind comments. My daughter sure does love this quilt. She has 6 or 7 that I made but this is her favorite.

It was in a magazine but I don't remember which one. I didn't do it like the pattern because I sashed it and I made the flip flops going different directions. Would you like me to send you the pattern I started with?

You can do this for her. Just but Aunties Two Patterns. Classic flip flops. I did 3 pair for my granddaughter this summer using old flip flops. It was fun and they look great.
