*** Love it. It is like a breath of spring. *** |
That is really gorgeous!
I know what you mean about the quilt from He!! ... I tried one of hers from Quick Rotary Cutter Quilts. I equated "quick" with "easy" ... NOT! What was originally going to be a queen size quilt only ended up being big enough for a wall hanging and 7 years late for the wedding gift. I'm glad you hung in there and finished it! |
it's gorgeous. So glad you completed it.
|
beautiful quilt. i love your quilting

Pam Bonos patterns are not for the faint of heart until you try one.
Your PB is quite an accomplishment. A beautiful garden. I have done a few of her patterns and it takes some time and focus. I worked very slowly and deliberately. Once you get the hang of her piecing style, the patterns are so rewarding to make. I was really afraid to try them until I decided to only do wall hangings of anything before I made a full size quilt. Taking her designs and making a wall hanging gave me just what I needed to understand the patterns and make a full quilt. I am happy I did it that way. Anyone who has the opportunity to do any of her patterns but hesitates should really give it a try. peace |
Wow! that is so detailed. I made a flower quilt once but it wasn't that nice. Great Job!

I certainly miss Pam and her Pam's Club. I have all her books and patterns printed up and in my "Quilt Fun" binders for when I have time...... I just get real sad when I think what happened to her.
|
Very pretty quilt...I love all the different flowers. It looks as though it would be a fun project. Congrats on a beautiful finish.

Spectacular applique work. I am glad to see Pam Bono's work still being done. If you have her books you have a treasure. Your quilt is wonderful and so worth all of the effort.
