These are chairs I recently did for a craft show. The ones with the dahlia seats were picked up at auction really cheap, and the patchwork one was a discard from our church which was sold at our garage sale this summer. It is actually an antique but is not safe enough to sit on. I am labeling all of the "for decorative purposes only."

Too pretty to sit on!

A beautiful job on the chairs. Do think people will want to sit on those or just use them for decorations?

Those are so pretty, but I agree, I couldn't bear to sit on them.

I love them, wow what a great idea for the seats, but like someone else said; to pretty to sit on.

Wow! Great way to preserve an old chair. I've got one waiting for a "treatment" and may steal your idea.
