That's 56 pieces of material in one block. I quit for tonight, my back is killing me from standing there pressing. I have a bad back anyway, I know better than to stand very long in one position. I am now sitting in my chair with my back massager on, it hurts so good, I really must be sore. I'll pay for it tomorrow. Mine is done in greens with a couple of reds thrown in. If it turnds out ok, I might make another one for a pillow. I was thinking about a quilt, but I'm thinking of giving up on that idea. Syl |

And NO, I will not be making a quilt out of folded dahlia's. They are not stable enough for quilts without sewing it down flat. My son said to frame it and make a picture out of it. I told him to 'go ahead and do it'. He said, " you can do this and you can do that", or you can do it this way. Again, I told him to go ahead and do what ever he wants. lol I'm done, just wanted to see if I could do it. Syl. |
