I really love that wreath design. How large is it?

That is beautiful, was it hard to make? Where did you get the pattern if I may inquire. Thanks for sharing.

Here is where I got the pattern: http://stinas-quilt-and-sewing-suppl...stitch-wreath#

Mine came out to about 20 1/2 inches.... You could make it smaller, which is what I might try for my next one. :)

Very pretty. I think this is the first patriotic one I have seen. I am in the process of making one. The patterns suggests using soft and stable (foam) as the stiffener. The other option is 71F pellon. I am using the soft and stable foam as I had some. I think I would possible use the pellon next time.

I used the Pellon with extra-crispness... that worked really well for the 7 inch squares and I used Heat'n Bond Craft Extra firm for the applique squares.... I was a little nervous about that because it wasn't fusible on both sides, but it worked out fine! I just placed the 5 inch applique square on my 7 inch square and sewed it on with a zigzag stitch...

Great wreath and I love the buttons. I really like the versatility for your wreath. I know one is in my future. I also want to know what you used to give it structure.

I used Pellon with extra crispness for the 7 inch squares and heat'n bond craft extra firm for the apllique squares. I think it turned out perfect with those... if you need the pattern, I got it here: http://stinas-quilt-and-sewing-suppl...stitch-wreath#

This is great! Most of these beautiful wreaths have a Christmas theme, but this Fourth of July them is fun and cheery. Great job!

Very beautiful. Are they 5 inch squares?
