I can't open the site either. Help! Please!

These are so fun and cute!

That original site referred to is no longer available. The directions were part of a Guild newsletter and they only go back as far as September now. The older newsletters seem to have been deleted. Darn.

How fun! Thanks for the link!

I have been searching for the pattern myself. Could someone with the instructions (including the measurements for the oval and fabric requirements) please post. As mentioned above, the guild newletter no longer posts that pattern. Thanks.............

Turned out beautiful, love the bright colors, thanks for sharing
Have a Blessed day Ellen |
Ok if I understand this right..
You get an oval, of some unmentioned size... of 4 fabrics.. you lay one down, right side up.. you lay another right side down on top of the first. You sew around one half of that oval. Then you take the unsewn half and fold it back over the sewn half. Then you take another oval fabric and put it on top with right side down, and sew around the OTHER side that you didn't sew previously. Then fold the unsewn side back, then you take the 4th final fabric and lay that right side down, and go all the way around the edge but leaving a gap to turn inside out. Sound about right? |
Very good idea. Someone put a link to written instructions.
