Free Motion Quilting
 

For the first time I attended a course in FMQ, we started with drawing the lines on paper, then we tried the same thing doing with the sewing machine... But at last I managed to do some feather quilting on this little quilt! It's my first try!

Those are great looking feathers. I'm still trying to master them. Wouldn't dare use contrasting thread.

Hello, I thank you all for your nice comments! And I can say I myself never thought that I would manage quilting feathers! And we also tried some other patterns, on the pics you can see our first attempts!
