Oh, I love it! Agree w/everyone - looks like 50's fabrics. Really love the all scrappy hourglass and can't wait to finish the one I'm working on from50's-60's fabrics. What a GREAT find!! :thumbup: :thumbup:

I have always said if I die and my girls put my stuff out in the yard and sell it I will be PO'ed big time....but Maybe you will give it all the love that someone put thier heart into making the top....SAD SAD that someone did not appreciate it

I agree, you were one lucky quilter. I hope someone finds my unfinished quilt tops in a garage sale after I pass on. But on second thought my bee friends will have first dibs on my sewing room stash. Alas non of my kids are interested in sewing or quilting. Why should they? I do it all.

The first close up shows a red small print; looks very much like material that my Mother made a shirt from in the 60's. I think I probably have some scraps of it somewhere.
