I am done with the heat and I am ready for Fall.

Here is a project that I finished using a Pearl Louise panel that I found in South Dakota. I got to meet here when we visited her shop and enjoyed learning about the process used in designing a fabric collection.

The fall scarecrows look enough like snowmen to attract my attention since I love and collect snowmen!

Well I like most of summer, just not days on end of 3 digit heat! And I'm not ready for winter, just fall! Open windows instead of the house being shut up with the a/c on.

I know what you mean. I wish I lived where I could have my windows open more. It's either the heat or the AC so much of the time it seems. This summer has really been pretty nice here though, not nearly as hot and rainless as other years.

I live in SD and go into Pearl Louise shop often. She is such a neat person. Ask me to help them sew getting ready for sjowing, but I had to pick up kids etc and couldn't stay. Glad you got to meet her. Love your fall hanging.

I left her shop with a lot of bags! Then when I got home I called and ordered more. I had the clerk tell me which bolts they had in stock in the collections that I had picked up and ordered them sight unseen! I was not disappointed!

Wish I was close enough to help, loved the store and everyone in it!
