I ordered the pattern from Clotilde and it is very similar to Dunster's Diamond Log Cabin quilt pattern, cept her diamonds are a 60 degree and these are a 45 degree and there are 8 points on the star. Now to go decide the colors for the "B" blocks and then I'll get going on those. Oh this pattern has a lot of "Y" seams, but it's not a problem with me as I know how to do them and have no problem with them. That is a technical marvel. Brilliant! Will there be some color connections between the outer star and the inner star? It's hard to tell where you are going, but then I do not know the constraints of the block design you have selected.
