I absolutely love it...some gorgeous exotic prints in there and that sashing looks stunning. It would look very at home in an old fashioned Gypsy caravan.

but I like it a lot, but I loce scrappy quilts and crazy quilts and bright colors.............and anything that put a smile on someone face CAN'T be bad......

I like it! The riot of colors and textures are controlled and set off by the lovely blue ribbon. I think it's fantastic! 

Who cares if it is lumpy as long as you are happy with it. It truly reminds me of some of the quilts my mom use to make. Be happy with it it is beautiful and after all it was FREE except for the time taken to make it.

Thank you so much. I'm teaching a lady to quilt. She thinks everyone does perfect quilts. I keep telling her that we don't. So I have bookmarked this so she can read it and see it. Now maybe she will believe me.

Talk about perserverence! When life hand you lemons, in your case fabric samples, you make lemonade, your wonderful quilt. You should be proud of your trash to treasure quilt. The colors are vibrant and it will keep you warm. Best of all think of the stories you can tell about your "Quilt of many Colors"

It's a fun scrappy quilt that has a wonderful memeory attached to it. That's the fun part of scrappy quilts.
