Hmm. working out the binding. Been looking though books. Can fold three sided edges on two sides and keep points on two sides. Not the usual route.. See ladies.. that is the need for PLANNING !!

awe, thank you chair lady :) I'm sorry you have Parkinson's, and have to admit i don't know a lot about PD. I know hd is kind of a combination of parkinsons and alzheimers. I don't have any movement problems yet, but 5 years ago started to get muscle spasms and bit of balance problems, and choking on water a lot, some memory and thinking problems, sleep problems, and and and lol lol lol I havent been able to sew since i got hd, the thinking process was too hard for me, but i started on an alzheimers med a year and a half ago called memantine, it stops excess glutamate in the brain from killing brain cells, and so my symptoms are sooooo much better, and right after starting the memantine, i was able to start sewing again. I don't know if memantine would work in parkinsons, not sure if there is a glutamate problem in parkinsons. The other med i take is called seroquel. It is a mood stabilizer, helps the sleep area of my brain function proper again so i can sleep good, and it also improves muscle function by effecting dopamine levels, so that im no longer choking on water. So those are some things that have helped me, i hope you're doing well, so nice to meet you :)

Dear Barb,
I too have a few things on your list of symptoms. If I stay on my meds my symptoms are under control about 50 percent of the time. Huntington's is much more serious. Parkinson's has a short time on meds so looking into alternative medicine to help out when meds slack off.

Love the templates I use, the discs that help pull the needle and wish I could use the sewing machine more often. Looking at a guard for protecting fingers. Not good to have a machine using needle up and down with hands that shift back and forth! Wow buddy ! Have to really be on the bubble of meds to sew on machine !!

Nice to meet you.
