This quilt has been in the making for one year now and is finally done. This is the first quilt that I have made since my Mom died 17 years ago. Quilting was our thing and I just stopped when she passed. I’m so glad I decided to start again (thank you Donna for all your encouragement). This quilt is an Eleanor Burns pattern and was all hand appliquéd and quilted. It will be a gift to my daughter in time, but first I will need to make a quilt for each of her three brothers. It may be a while before she gets it. :)

Your quilt is gorgeous! The colors of your flowers just pop against the white. So glad you took up quilting again. I'm sure your daughter will treasure the quilt when she finally receives it.
