What a great idea! Good for you and them. They will remember that many years down the road when Grandma taught them to use a sewing machine and make a quilt! Jan

It is so fun to see the pleased look on their faces! Their Mom is going to just love the gift(s). Are they making one quilt--combined efforts? Or two separate? Mom will love it either way.

Great ides! You won't have to bind it if you do it the way they do it for ABC or Project Linus quilts (I think they call it "pillowcase" style).

They are making one quilt-combined effort. The hardest part will be getting them here often enough to get it finished.

What can be better than that! Two wonderful, handsome young eager boys with a mission, and they certainly are. You must be bursting with pride and love. Lucky grandma! Look forward to seeing their finished quilt.
