Hi All,

Just wanted to show the lap quilt I made for Granny Mary (my Mother in Law).

She is unable to walk or do very much really and she spends most of her time in a wheelchair. So I thought I would run up a little something to cover her legs with!

She won't really know it's there but she does like to hold on to fabric whilst she sits.... so I hope it will give her some warmth and some comfort too!

That looks to be a pretty good size for a "little something". How nice, 'cause many lap quilts are so short that it is a constant battle to keep them where they are needed for warmth or to keep the drafts at bay.
